So I am going to try to be as honest and reasonable as possible. EVERY SINGLE LOCAL AND TOURIST told me I had to go to the Gap Burger Lady and so I went… TWICE… The lady is definitely UNFRIENDLY an UNPROFESSIONAL but her food is tasty; I cannot lie. I ordered a chicken sandwich from her, which was good BUT I had to wipe off all of the toppings she put on there. Mind you, she NEVER said that it came topped with anything, there were no signs saying there were toppings and she did not even bother to ask. Imagine if someone had an allergy issue… As I said, it was good but… the lady is just RUDE beyond measure. I went a day or two later for a hotdog and asked if it was beef and she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME and under her breath sad it was chicken. I had never heard of a plain chicken hot dog before so I asked again and she ignored me. Her friend or coworker was there and talked to me instead but the actual Gap Burger Lady would not. I told her to forget the damn hotdog and I walked off. Her rudeness sealed the deal for me: I will NEVER return to her and when my family and I visit Barbados again we will go elsewhere for our food.

Hands down the best burgers ever. I can’t visit Barbados without coming down to the gap for a gap burger! Add grilled pineapple to the works and your in heaven I promise! I love love love these burgers and I can’t wait to go back for more!

Drive ( or walk) down st. Lawrence gap and get yourself a WORLD FAMOUS GAP BURGER! If your worried about the calories or salt or carbs, then you've come to the wrong place.

First time writing a bad review, but it is just to warn others. We went there 4 times. Food is great, but they try to rip off every tourist, that s why they do not have prices on the menu. When we mentioned that we paid 98$ instead of 84$ barbados for 5 burgers, they went mad, shouting. Next time we went they were vindictive and gave us 2 jerk chicken burgers with burnt chicken. Burnt like charcoal-crispy burnt. It s a pitty, we would have gone like every other day.
