Great customer service. I took my phone for screen repair and it happened to get damaged(More than likely with a trainee) but they replaced my phone and I’m very grateful. Would go here again because they are trustworthy. It’s okay when businesses make mistakes but it’s how they handle them that makes or breaks the situation.
Edit: I’ve been there on 3 other occasions since the last time and despite having some different staff the customer service is still impeccable.

They fixed my phone and did a great job with it. My issue is with the two young ladies who work there. They really do need some customer service training.

Courteous staff, Professional work. They replaced the LCD on my cell in a short time. Would recommend them for cell/laptop repairs and accessories
