We spent the last two nights of our stay on Saint-Barth at the Fouquet's, and it was just incredible.
We were there for our honeymoon, and the team did so much more than we could have expected. It all started with our arrival on the island – normally, a free transfer to and from the airport with their private driver is included, but since we stayed at another hotel for the first few nights, we originally agreed that they would book a taxi for us. When no taxi was available, their driver still showed up and got us to the other place at no extra charge.
When we arrived at the hotel a few days later, we couldn't believe our eyes. We have been to many nice hotels, but this room was the prettiest we ever had.
We booked a regular terrace room with a sea view. However, since it was our honeymoon, they upgraded us to a Junior Suite with a private pool. Free champagne was waiting for us, together with fresh fruit, snacks, and hats. Whenever we had a question, they helped us immediately. While their own beach club Shellona was closed for renovation, hotel guests could use the sunbeds at the famous La Guerite complimentary.
Lastly, the Beefbar restaurant, located inside the hotel, is just awesome. We have already visited their locations in Saint-Tropez, Monaco, and Paris. The menu is so diverse that we can try something new every time, and the prices — compared to other restaurants in these locations — are totally acceptable.
Overall, we are already looking forward to being back in this beautiful little place — likely sooner than we had planned.
Thank you very much for everything!

One of the best hotels on the island!!!
Stayed here with my boyfriend Kyle to celebrate my birthday at the end of April, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Our room had a private pool with incredible views, and every detail was seamless — from airport pickup and drop-off, to the welcome gift of adorable little hats, to room service and every request we made along the way. The staff couldn't have been warmer or more responsive, whether over WhatsApp or in person, and they were incredibly helpful with restaurant reservations and recommendations. Beef Bar was delicious.
For my first time in St. Barth's, the location was phenomenal — just minutes from Gustavia and very walkable into town.
One note: if you're older, elderly, or have knee issues, this probably isn't the right hotel for you given the terrain. And if you're looking for a pure resort-style stay, Cheval Blanc or Rosewood may be a better fit. But if you want to be close to all the action, I would 100% recommend Fouquet's!! Bar none the best hotel on the island — we already booked our return stay for December!!

Stayed here before the name change last November. In short, a perfect stay from beginning to end. Seamless pickup and check-in (including champagne) led to beautiful upgraded room with spectacular views of Gustavia and the ocean beyond. Activities and dining reservations throughout the island were thoughtfully arranged and never a problem. Beefbar was fantastic and other great restaurants in town are a short walk away. Our only regret was that we could only stay 5 night…we’ll be back this fall for sure!

Formerly known as Le Carl Gustaf, it is now
Fouquet Saint Barth. Located on a hill overlooking
the beautiful harbor it is the nicest hotel closest
to town. I was very disappointed that unless you
book a villa with a pool, there is no pool on the property. Also, their beach club a is three block hike that is a public beach. They do not advise you of these things until after the fact. Had I known,
I may have made another choice of where to stay.
The main restaurant is called BeefBar. It’s lovely
however the menu is mostly meat so your choices are limited. The service my first night was bad
even though the restaurant was half full. I suggest
inquiring with them directly before booking so you
know exactly what to expect when you arrive. The
pictures on the brochures can be misleading.
Thankfully my junior suite was lovely and the
view of the Harbour beautiful.

Absolutely wonderful. We go yearly to St. Barths and would love to return to le Fouquet's. Hotel and rooms are great, service is FLAWLESS and the location couldn't be better and more central.
