I have called several times, been on hold for over an hour which is not a welcoming experience as a customer who wanted to upgrade their service plan. This is absolutely awful business practices.

This is the WORST service that I have EVER encountered for anything, anywhere in the World!!! Y'all should be shame, shame, shame. I really hope that someone will organise a legal class action against wunna. Once you have to pay out, y'all will fix up.

None f the #’s will answer a Canadian cell # but my flow land line is out of order and so is my internet and cable tv .. how do I report it !?
