Unsatisfactory poor costumer service. Made a complaint about a disturbance in my wifi since Thursday , they sent out a team to do some work in my area they accidentally cut my line so they say, but tell my why since Thursday is was brought to their attention an nothing has been done it's now Saturday for an accident on their end

Customer service is ridiculous. Ai is used and it's a complete waste of time. Service drops almost majority of the time and when it does work it's slow.

Speed and quality of service are dependent on which customer service representative is present at the time. I have had both good and bad experiences. Store's current layout can be confusing at times if the security guard is not present to direct the customer.

I have concerns but can't even get anyone on the number you'll providing. When yall gonna stop stealing people little top up and start to provide reasonable packages for people phone. I'm sure the owner is familiar with AT&T go phone packages. Reasonable and less costly, but yall always find ways to abuse the people who live on the island. They took my $80.99 from my balance and refused to give it back to me! Poor customer service from the guy I dealt one the 1.800 number. The local number for Dominica is not even ringing.
