My spouse and I encountered very poor service at this bank branch this morning 01/12/2023.
We came to exchange cash Euros for cash Barbeid dollars.
We were never able to do so.
We waited a long time for someone to attend to us, but we were told to sit and wait. We waited, then waited some more. Then the manager who was sitting at the door finally paid attention to us and said that another manager would want to do it. Then we waited again. And finally, after 50 minutes of waiting, we left.
At the same time in the bank for the whole time of our waiting was served 2 clients, many managers were free, but did not pay any attention to us.
Visiting this branch of the bank left a very unpleasant residue, we will never use the services of this bank again.

Two stars are for the location. As for CIBC I am baffled as to why a banking representative is working out of an office the size of a small closet?? Your walk in branches are all on one side of the island while this branch doesn't offer walk in service. Please review the demographics and open this branch for customer service.

The bank service is slow slow slow. Room full of customers only working with 2 tellers. If a customer/client needed some fast service within a 10 - 15 minute timeframe, not happening at this branch. Best bet is take your nu,ber leave the branch and do your other errands, then come back maybeinhalf an hour and still wait for a teller. As for the atm, being charged to take out your own money..figure that out.

Had a few questions regarding new accounts, I was helped by Nathan and he was great. A fantastic asset to the bank.

After many weeks of trying to sort an account from the UK, I was very pleased to have a really great Service on the day after arrival. Account up and running.🙏🙏🙏
