This branch of First Citizens has nice friendly staff. I was greeted by name and my transaction was resolved quickly and efficiently. This location also has two modern updated ATMs which I always find very convenient to use.

I had terrible customer service at this particular branch. The bank teller i dealt with was very condescending, belittling and rude. Ultimately, her childish antics made me very uncomfortable and outraged, especially considering that she's supposed to be a professional. Train your staff properly or better yet, hire someone who has the capacity to respect others. This "lady", and I use that term VERY loosely, certainly did NOT!

Worst bank in Barbados hands down.
The security personnel is ALWAYS rude to clients and it's almost like the tellers know nothing about the bank when asked a question.
Something needs to be done about this. Everyone I know that has had an account with them has had the SAME experience.

Used to beoneof thebest banks in Barbados, not so much these days, be sure to call ahead for their new updated Covid hours and protocols for enty and appointments.
