Service was efficient and pleasant. Empty around 4:45 pm get there before 4:30pm if you want to get your package there by morning. Adequate seating inside, lots of standing space outside. wheelchair access via front office, clean space.

This is my first time using g this service and I am not happy with the service at all. My sister sent me a laptop which was supposed to arrive in the country on Friday and it did. From Atlanta, the service my sister got was great. Being a novice in Barbados to the service I was unaware that I had to have the invoice. Since my sister in Atlanta bought it for me I did not have that, but I got it. When I think that all was going go well and I would get my laptop, I was then informed via email after working hours that Customs needed my TIN. Sent off the email only to realize that Customs in Barbados do not work on weekend. Sent an email and calling asking about the status of my delivery, no human response. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this first experience. It is very unlikely that I will have anyone in my family or recommend their service to anyone.

my package arrived in Barbados, however for the last 5 days it has been on a clearance delay, no word from fedex. I hope someone will find out what the delay is

Going through customs because of a *very* small detail due to not mentioning a piece of candy in the box, added an additional 3+ weeks which was a nightmare alone. Then after a month+ of waiting around I get tossed around like a frisbee after trying to get into contact with customer service and they use lame excuses saying they keep trying to call my residence but get no answer despite updating and triple checking all the correct addresses and call information. If you value your time and sanity please use another service or the slightest potential mistake will compound against you 10 fold over, seriously this service is absolute trash and wasn't worth the $150+ USD for such a small package with nowhere near worth that value.

Barbados FedEx is worthless (as most courier services operating in this country are). Scheduling a pickup and doing all the detailed data entry is pretty much meaningless with their online system. Make sure you call and ride them for a pickup number if you opt for scheduled pickup… without which they will not show up. Their emails and online user experiences doesn’t make that obvious.
