I lost my glasses and urgently needed a quick solution. We visited this store and were warmly welcomed by Simone, who was absolutely incredible! She immediately understood my situation, quickly assessed my needs, and fitted me with contact lenses. In just ten minutes, my vision was fully restored. Not only did she resolve my issue with care and professionalism, but she also went the extra mile by providing fantastic sightseeing recommendations. This store truly stands out for its exceptional service and incredible staff. Simone and the team exceeded all my expectations, making what could have been a stressful situation a truly pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Fabulous experience with Eye Focus Inc. I lost my prescription sunglasses to a big wave whilst on holiday in Barbados. I went in to see if there was any possibility I could get a pair of replacement prescription sunglasses quickly and I got them only 24 hours later! They’re a lovely pair and I can see perfectly. I want to say an extra special thank you to Malcom. You saved my holiday!

Very pleasant optometrist visit...lost my glasses when a big wave struck me on March 15 on Dover Beach and I had new contacts by noon on March 17! Excellent service and reasonable cost. Thanks, Georgia.

My teenage son absolutely enjoyed his visit with Eye Focus. He was very comfortable and the doctor made him feel at ease. Her humor was appropriate and she was thorough with her diagnosis of the problem we 'thought' we had! I'm grateful and thankful for her honestly and have already bragged to my family and friends about how great her service was. Kudos to you Dr Simone and Malcolm, who was the most amazing receptionist ever! Keep up the great work! We will be back with the entire family! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

From my initial visit for an eye examination to fitting for contact lenses to picking out new glass frames everyone has been professional but also very personable. I would recommend you 1000% to anyone needing eye care. Truly a delight to interact with. Thanks so much
