Great service so far. I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Also, they sell way more than wood alone. Pictured are some of their dinnerware. They also sell a useful selection of furniture and cabinet hardware.

Customer service is abysmal. I didn't even make it into the store because my experience via telephone and email was so disappointing.
I will not be spending my money with this company, even though that means I have to use a different wood altogether.
Tired of businesses in Barbados offering poor customer service because they think customers have no other choice.

Has to be The Worst customer service on the island… Hands down!!
In store AND on the telephone, without fail!! I’ve never felt compelled to write a review before but this is my third experience with them and it only got worse.

Terrible telephone service. Didn’t waste my time giving them business. Very rude and unfriendly with attitude to simple honest questions. The arrogance of not even caring about the attitude and the lack of service sealed the deal for me. Went elsewhere.!
