John Sealy and his team at Executive Auto Centre have been an absolute lifeline for me on island. They’re consistently reliable, incredibly fast, and genuinely honest. They fix what needs fixing. I’ve never once felt upsold or talked into unnecessary work, and their pricing is the most reasonable I’ve found anywhere on the island, especially for the quality and speed they deliver. The best part, though, is how personal the service feels. This isn’t a big, impersonal dealership where you’re processed like a ticket number. John and the team are attentive, thoughtful, and clearly take pride in caring for each customer. They remember you, they communicate clearly, and they make things easy. They’ve handled everything for me over the years: general maintenance, rust repair, paint work, and the kind of above-and-beyond help you almost never find anymore; picking up my vehicle right from the airport check-in counter, storing it safely while I’m gone, and cleaning it so I return to a vehicle that looks amazing. That level of service is rare. I’ve been living on island for 10 years and I drive a USA-imported vehicle that I used with the American Embassy; it’s not always the easiest car to repair here. Executive Auto Centre always finds a way to make it happen, and they’re the only people I trust with it. My vehicle is 10 years old, and thanks to them it still looks and feels brand new. If you want a shop that’s honest, fast, fairly priced, and truly cares, you won’t find better than John Sealy and his team.

They fixed exactly what I asked. They did a full inspection and warned me of other problems. Communicated throughout full experience. They even fixed my door when they did not have to, they did not charge for it either. It was very kind of them. The prices were similar to pricing in the USA for services. He seemed knowledgeable about the subjects he was working on. He referred out the AC work to specialist to be handled.

Quote for work on car was reasonable and they completed the work when they said. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent service and caring staff. Spoke to me as if my vehicle was there own..did a fantastic job of solving my mechanical problem.....now if they can only help me win the lotto🤣
