The service at this Polyclinic is manage by majority unprofessional staff.
i) the wait time to just make an appointment non existent because no one is going to answer.
ii) the wait time is as long as watching grass grow.
iii) Prioritize management and time management are also non existent.
The government facilities are not the issue it’s the persons who work it that shows that they either needs retraining or replaced.
Furthermore the doctors and nurses and janitors are Exceptionally Excellent at what they were trained and execute their task effectively. The rest of staff needs to be what was stated above in paragraph 2.

Imagine setting an appointment for 9:30, being there since 8 and no one coming to you till 12:15 (not even in at that point). Its tiring seeing people come after you, and get through before you and your still outside. I'm missing classes because of this too. Only good thing is that the doctors and nurses are sweet

Took my mom worst service ever , called for days no answer , showed up the young girl on her cell phn while I’m calling she refuse to pick up . Why is she being paid to sit on her cell phn?? She did not even notice I was calling from the outside . The government need to pay attention to these unprofessional people and let them go. There is someone else with better customer service and MANNERS that deserve a job . Please get rid of that young nuisance for a receptionist . She is the slim girl DAMM SHAME. THE BEST part of the clinic is the NURSES & DOCTORS! THANK YOU♥️♥️♥️Get rid of all the others including security .

I was prioritized due to having an appointment. I was in and out within an hour with swift and organized procedures. I arrived at the clinic at 8am and left at 9am. Hoping my results come back within 72 hours.

I wish I had read the most recent review. People who have no appointment walk in and get a PCR test at the same rate (if not faster) than those in quarantine that have an appointment. Regardless of your time slot, show up at 7:30am, bring sunscreen, umbrella, a camp chair and lots of water. There is a washroom to use. It can be a long wait depending on what kind of outbreak may be happening in the community.
