I paid for my rental in full and requested delivery at 8:00 AM, as my event was scheduled to start at 10:00 AM. The company informed me that since they open at 8:00 AM, they could deliver by 8:30 AM. However, despite this agreement, the delivery did not arrive until 9:45 AM. To make matters worse, the van damaged some of my decorations upon arrival.
Since then, I have attempted to contact the Manager of Operations, but he has been unreachable and has not returned my calls. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Businesses like these need to do better.

Not gonna lie, the service was spot on...but the pricing...not so nice. If you're trying to cut costs...then these may not be your guys...but if you have a flexible budget and want professional service, then Ellco may be a good choice.

The primary place in Barbados for all your event rental needs. Toilets, furniture, lighting and other party supplies all delivered with impeccable levels of service at a fair price. What more do you want? 😂 10/10
