DON'T DO IT!! I was on the way to a function, I checked in left my bags, it was after 5 and my room wasn't even ready. It's dark and poorly lit all around, didn't feel secure at all for a single lady traveling alone. I went to the function with already a plan to check for an alternative location. My fault maybe - "You get what you pay for." 🤷🏾 So after the function I immediately went and checked out and luckily I could check into the other location earlier. 🙏🏾

There are extreme issues with this service and should not be operating. 1. Alex was supposed to pick us up from the airport but the guy did not show up. 2. The toilet seat was broken 3. The toilet mats were dusty and covered with pooh and you could not set foot on them. Disgusting. 4. No induction on arrival-we did not even know there was a kitchen until the last day of our stay. All they wanted is the cash. 5. We were told there is a room service every other 3 days. Changing of beddings and towers. No text or emails to alert us on the day. They ensured we missed the room service. Alex wanted us to pay an extra fee for our room to be cleaned. 6. The roof house is made of iron sheets. When the heavy rain falls you are unable to sleep. 7. Lastly, and very disturbing. Alex appeared to be always drunk and high. appeared aggressive and had poor communication and customer service skills . 8. I would never stay here again. I will be visiting the island next year. The island is perfect. Made a lot of friends.

1 star is too much of a good rating for this place. Where to even start! As soon as we arrived, there was not a single person here to book us in. We waited in what seemed like a abandoned hotel until someone turned up. Ryan who I presume is the manager turns up. Ryan has an attitude problem. Ryan is constantly stoned so communicating with him is like talking to a cabbage, and then the rest of the night he clears off as he is absolutely off his face. We had no working shower for 3 days and now we have no toilet, after hassling to move rooms because the shower broke. It has taken 5 calls and numerous times of attempting to talk to Ryan to even change rooms .. and now the toilet doesn’t work. Also the rooms are dirty looking and there’s also cockroaches so have fun with that. Don’t stay here! Avoid!!

When i arrived there was no water in the pool, the guy said the pool would be filled by the end of the day, which wasnt true. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, also the tv wasnt working. I ran out of toilet paper and the guy said we had to pay for another roll. He also said we had to share the kitchen was was very nasty and unkept. The room was not like the picture i saw on the internet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUEST HOUSE TO ANYONE‼️ The customer service was very poor. Worst $400 i ever spent.

We got robbed by gun point! Money, passport, cellphone and other valuables was taken by the bandits. There isn’t proper security. There is no gate. The police swear this never happened before which is a lie, because we saw wallets and a lot of bank cards being thrown by a near by community bin. Horrible horrible experience!
