My family and I had an amazing time with Eclipse Fishing Charters and it was the highlight of our visit to Barbados!
Captain Mario and his crew were amazing the entire time! We were well taken care of with snacks and drinks and mannnn did we catch those fish!
Whenever the captain says “time for action!” you better get all of your elbow grease ready because you’ll be definitely reeling something in 🤣
If you want to have a fabulous memory added, definitely book this trip.

If you're looking for the ultimate fishing and snorkeling adventure, look no further than Captain Mario and Chad on the Eclipse Fishing Charter! From start to finish, this experience was beyond incredible.
Captain Mario and Chad were the perfect combination of professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their expertise made us feel safe and confident, and they took the time to explain the different types of fish we encountered – turning the trip into both an adventure and a learning experience. We all walked away with a new appreciation for the ocean and its amazing creatures!
The snorkeling was breathtaking, with crystal-clear water and vibrant marine life. Chad made sure everyone was comfortable in the water, pointing out cool things we would’ve easily missed.
And just when we thought the day couldn’t get better – we ended it with the freshest fish lunch imaginable, caught just hours before. It was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to wrap up a truly memorable day.

Our family’s visits to Barbados aren’t complete without a trip with Eclipse Fishing. It’s become a cherished tradition, thanks in no small part to Mario’s exceptional skills and warmth.
What truly sets Eclipse Fishing apart, especially for us as a family with two young children, is how Mario goes above and beyond to involve them in every aspect of the fishing experience. He has this wonderful ability to make our 4 and 2-year-olds feel completely engaged and a part of the adventure. His patience and enthusiasm are just amazing, making sure they’re safe, having fun, and learning along the way.
His colleague, Luca complements this perfectly with his helpful and upbeat nature, ensuring everyone on board has a great time. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or it’s your first time holding a fishing rod, they make sure you have a memorable experience.
Their boat is always pristine, and their equipment top-notch. But more than that, their genuine care for the ocean and its inhabitants is admirable. Eclipse Fishing isn’t just about catching fish; it’s about creating lasting memories. We can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait for our next trip to share more wonderful moments with Mario and Luca!

My friends and I don’t go to Barbados anymore without fishing with Mario on the eclipse. We fished a full day this time around and it was just as amazing as the first time. We caught mahi mahi, kingfish, wahoo, barracuda, a bunch of Bonita, even snagged a little trigger fish this time. Mario and his crew always take great care of us, he even packed and sealed my fish for me to brink all the way back to Texas and my friends here in Austin got to enjoy a little of Barbados too. If you’re heading down there, do yourself a favor, call Mario and have him take you out, you won’t be disappointed.

Book with Eclipse to get the best fishing charter in Barbados!
Captain Mario and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, they have a true passion for fishing and it shows! The boat is immaculate, well stocked with drinks and snacks, and he runs only the best gear!
Truly an unforgettable fishing experience and to top it all off at the end of the trip they’ll clean and package some of the fish you caught to take with you.
Highly recommend booking a charter to fish on Eclipse when in Barbados!!
