I booked Dover Beach House By-BLR on December 5 but unfortunately had to cancel. Their listing stated a 24-hour free cancellation policy, yet despite cancelling within that window, I received no refund.
I reached out multiple times with messages, but to date there has been no response whatsoever. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and their stated policies are not true to fact.
It is extremely disappointing to deal with a business that does not honor its own cancellation terms. Based on my experience, I would caution others to consider carefully before booking with them.
