Dover beach

Lovely beach just past St Lawrence Gap. Not so busy, just a few hotel along. Beach front hotels where you can sit for drinks and enjoy the beach in shade. Walk to the very top end and you have local bars and food and local prices. Even a TV to watch sports.

I didn't have the chance to visit many beaches during my stay on the island of Barbados but I didn't have to either because Dover beach has it all - soft white sand, crystal clear turquoise waters, palm trees, reef, sea turtles and a few places to cool down with a drink or grab some food. Overall, I rate Dover beach very highly and it is one of the best beaches I have experienced so far. Next time I am visiting Barbados, I am spending my time at the same beach!

Caught a great sunset!! The water was warm but got a bit rough. Revisited and it was still rough. Could be the time of year tho.

Beautiful, clear, and clean water. There is a little trash here and there. But it was a nice beach walk.
