Dover Beach

Since our last visit 3 years ago they have planted 3 big bushes in which, Cockerells, chickens, chicks live & roam over the beach & come up to your sunbeds, not for us. Spoilt a lovely beach.

The beach is ok. The waves are quite rough and we had red flags for the whole first week of April we were there. There are a ton of debris from trees on ground and no one really to maintain it. We left here and took a taxi to Brown Beach which was 100% the best thing we did.

Nice beach. Some restaurant n bars around. Clean beach.

It's not a "fancy" part of town. Yet if you want to experience the local vibe. This is it. Beach is neat. The energy is lovely.

I enjoyed the whole experience. Ate at wonderful restaurants, The Cliff, QP and Tides. Walked on the beach at Johnny Cools. Had drinks at Daddies. Stayed at Safire beach condos. Had an amazing Christmas there. I love it!
