I think maybe they need to hire someone to manage the orders by phone. Some days you’ll be calling forever before someone answers.
The pigtails and chips are pretty decent though

Best food I’ve had on the island. Had shrimp boil, shrimp tacos, shrimp mac and cheese, rice and peas.

I visited Donna's Kitchen with my friends yesterday, I've eaten here before but yesterday I was told the pasta was a 40 minute wait so I decided I'd get chicken and chips. When I opened my food crate I was very disappointed. I swore someone took out some of my food, the way the portion size was so small, the chicken was small and the chips didn't make up for it either. After paying $25 for a crate, I would think it'd look better than it did. Please do better!

My first experience was ok. They seem to be out of gas, so it took a while before I collected my food.
There is no sitting area to wait for food.
Parking was a mess as it was peak hours.
There was an extremely friendly and efficient security guy on duty who help with the traffic.
The food was good in the end and worth the wait.
