I was looking looking for a fun, yet challenging fitness class and Dom's Pilates met those needs and more! The group was full of long timers and newbies like myself and the vibe was welcoming and casual - much like Barbados itself! Dom's playlist was awesome and I really appreciated the personalized attention I recieved. I highly recommend it -just make sure that you contact her in advance to ensure your spot!

Dom is an absolute ray of sunshine! Every Pilates class with her is a perfect mix of positivity, encouragement, and expert guidance. She has an incredible way of making everyone feel welcome, no matter their level, and her energy is contagious, you always leave her class feeling stronger, lighter, and happier. Dom truly brings out the best in her students and creates such a supportive, uplifting environment. I can’t recommend her enough! 🤸♀️⭐️🔆

I discovered Pilates with Dom's classes while I was on holiday in Barbados. Twice a week during five weeks. When you start you cannot stop! Thank you Dom for your warm welcome. I loved everything. Not only you offered me pilates lessons but you made my trip unforgettable!

Dom’s class has been a huge help to me. She has helped me ease back into Pilates after not doing it for several years. Has patiently taught and corrected my technique. She has the ability to keep the class moving at whatever level each participant is at. I’m in my 70’s and already much more flexible than I was when I started 2 months ago. Thank you Dom.

Thank you Dominique for two fabulous Pilates classes while we were on holiday in Barbados. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to go along and join in … the regular ladies were welcoming and made us feel part of the class. Dominique engages with everyone individually so we get it right and modifies it all to individual abilities. It takes place in the unique Barbados yacht club where the cooling breeze from the verandah flows through. Sue and I will see you again next year 🧘♂️🙏
