After been away from barbados for 5 years I was welcomed back again by Iris and her family. She is a wonderful lady, the accommodation in the studios and guest house is fantastic. A few minutes from Dover beach and the gap for nightlife. You can get the bus to Bridgetown and the west course within a five minute walk. I would recommend anybody to stay here.

We had a lovely week at the Dolphin Inn guest house. Iris was a fab and friendly host. Her son Ron collected us from the airport ($25USD) and gave us some recommendations for our stay. The room was spacious, with AC available for $5USD per day. The fan and breeze from outside was nice though and some people might not need the AC. You can also rent beach towels very cheaply. There is a large shared kitchen and living space, along with two outdoor areas - where you can sometimes see monkeys and tortoises! It's a short walk to Dover Beach - which is great for swimming, chilling and surfing - and St Lawrence Gap with plenty of bars and restaurants. Further afield, you can catch buses and minivans to most of the south and west coast from here - though it's much easier to get to Bridgetown or Oistins/Silver Sands than the west coast. Overall a great guesthouse and Iris looked after us so well!

Very good guest house. We spent several nights there and felt very comfortable. The apartments are simple but clean and functional. The beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The operator is very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again because the value for money is fair. Upon request, you will be picked up or taken from the airport at a reasonable price.

I spent 10 days here with my son and it was perfect! Very clean place with everything you need. The patio out back is beautiful with monkeys passing by in the morning and evening. You will never find a better place in Barbados for the value.
