Good customer service. People may say they are expensive but some items they have are specialty items that you may not find in other hardware stores. So for the distance and convience for the north it strategically a good hardware store.

Great attention, have almost everything you need and a bit more, accep card and cash, if not have existence they programing supply, the parking its small but its convenient

Should let you know that if you make a purchase,.and you would like to return an item, you dont actually receive a refund. You get a credit in place of your refund to use in store.

It was a pleasure to enter your Speightown branch. Here we met Meguel, who asked 'can I help?' This young gentleman took the time out to answer all questions and when realizing what we needed was not available there, he took the time out to reach another branch to find what we needed. And very pleasant.
That was Customer Service.
