I shopped online for pillows here, and I left a note to be messages through Whatsapp—I can definitely say that the employees pay attention to customers’ needs. I especially want to vouch for Ms. Raquel who has been so kind and respectful while communicating with me concerning my order. Just through text—I can tell, or rather I can confidently say she is an amazing employee!

We received excellent customer service from Tonya at their Sheraton branch. She actually provided nice follow up service as promised and did have a wonderful attitude throughout the whole process. We always shop Do It Best all locations but Cheryl from Sheraton Mall makes us go there and spend money! Her customer service is stellar. She knows her products and is always willing to go above and beyond. We love the new store layout and kudos to Nakita the floor manager as well. Well done!
