Our trip was filled with issues from the start at this property. Cleanliness of the rooms, broken items including fixtures in the bathroom and closet, improperly working sink, AC not working. Ronald the GM did not get back to me to address issues for more than 24 hours. Very bad customer service. These issues could have been resolved and addressed. Including simple room upgrades and changes. We won't be back to this property

We just spent a week here, with 40 friends for a wedding. The scenery is amazing. The diamond club beach was always empty for us. The pools are clean. Our butlers Dwight and Terrell were great, they helped us arrange rides off the resort, took care of everything we asked for.
The Italian restaurant had great pizzas, the hibachi dinner was very entertaining, there was live music often, the rooms smelled earthy, but they were cleaned well. The coffee shop is amazing, espresso, milkshakes, etc. The buffet was great for breakfast and decent for other meals.
Place is clean, giant hot tubs open at night

They are the same resort as royoltan but guests get treated better. I don't like hierarchical arrangements

Our 8 days here have been amazing!! A huge gratitude to our Butlers Keitha & Dwight making all our reservations, special candlelit dinner on the beach ( the clam chowder we had was unlike any we’ve ever had 😋😋), the Executive Chef and Head Chefs both came to meet us which was an honor.
All our waiters and chefs at our pool treated us so well and kind and to Skinny Jimmy setting us up with a trip to the Pitons, volcano mud bath, and beautiful snorkeling and a fun boat crew.
All of the restaurants are really good especially the steak house and buffet is full of so much variety.

The pastries, the red velvet if you can get I highly recommend at the coffee shop.

Stay dogs running everywhere at night,howelling all night. Impossible to sleep. It's like living in a sifi movie.
