The reception staff were attentive and intelligent.
However, the entire system was terrible. The building functions were chaotic, and the only service hall, which seemed to cover many services, was less than ten square meters. Given its importance, couldn't they have expanded the service area? The air conditioning was inadequate, the water dispenser was broken, and there were only four seats, despite cooperating with numerous embassies. The average wait time for a pick-up was half an hour!
