I would definitely reccomend Cryo 345 very professional staff, friendly service and a convenient location. Most importantly they have been able to assist with my shoulder rehab. The Cryo and sauna treatments being on-site is an additional beneficial.

I really had a good experience, Vivian was really great and and gave me a lot of tips on how I can do therapy from home. Patricia was really friendly and showed a good smile.
I would recommend this place to anyone who’s visiting the island or wants to improve and relax their body.

CRYO 345 is my go to for all aches and pains and Azeez never fails to shift blocks, tension and leave me feeling so much better, even if a second session is required, which can often be the case if its been a serious trauma (everyday life :)). Stage 1- Check, stage 2 The big freeze - as I call it - taking post treatment healing to a different level. I highly recommend this very private, and professional clinic in Grand Cayman on the water front

Highly recommend this clinic. Vivian is hands down the best physiotherapist I’ve seen. I’ve been dealing with a frozen back and shoulder that gets incredibly painful, and every time I see him, he somehow manages to fix it. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely effective.

Excellent experience today. Azeez was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my concerns and explained everything clearly. I walked away feeling significantly better and would highly recommend him.
