I took my wife to the centre as she had a fever. We were seen quickly. Details were logged and she was given drips to reduce the fever and provide hydration. Her oxygen levels were low so she was given oxygen and an x-ray of her lungs taken. The treatment was effective and her condition improved markedly after a few hours. The staff were very good the surroundings very clean and inspired confidence. Unfortunately there were a few downsides. No information was provided about the results of the x-ray which caused her some distress over the following hours after her transfer. The symptoms corresponded to those of dengue fever but when I asked the doctor if dengue was possible she was dismissive and adamant that she the cause was viral pneumomia and prescribed anti-biotics. It was decided my wife needed to go to hospital and an ambulance was arranged. When it arrived the blood samples couldn't be located so she was dispatched without them. The final bill was not unreasonable but on reflection contained costs for some items that was given for an incorrect diagnosis and for the lost blood samples. At hospital my wife was diagnosd with dengue fever.

This was honestly one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. I went in specifically for school-required titers and clearly told them what I needed. They wrote my vitals and reason for visit on a napkin. The nurse I had, Marsha, was extremely rough during the blood draw. She shoved the needle in and out of my arm, moved it around multiple times like she didn’t know what she was doing, and then yelled at me not to move. My arm was so bruised I couldn’t fully extend it or touch it for 5 days. It was honestly kind of scary. If I could go back, I would’ve taken photos and reported everything. Don’t waste your time here.

I went to Coverley Medical Center today and the bald, middle-aged, male receptionist was hostile towards me when trying to give him my information for a vaccination. He then pointed to another receptionist and told me to talk to her because, in his own words, "you're going to be a problem." After that, he walked out of his booth quickly and very close to me, back and forth, to further demonstrate his aggression. During my appointment, the nurse would not tell me his name and acted like he didn't know who I was talking about even though the aggressive receptionist went to the patient treatment area in the back several times before I was seen. I don't believe this type of staff, that is hostile and aggressive towards patients and students in Coverley, is good for business. Other staff covering for him helps perpetuate this type of disgusting dysfunction instead of fostering a workplace environment that is healthy for employees and patients, let alone their company. The Contact Us page on their website doesn't work either, so no outreach, growth or improvement is expected. 0 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Telephone response was not very friendly. I called coverly medical centre as I wanted to arrange an appointment for an xray. Only to be told that I called the wrong place and that i don't need an appointment just walk in at any time. The lady sounded so unenthusiastic. Not a great first impression, hopefully the service I receive when I do go there hopefully will be better.

I had an ok time. Went for a medical. The nurse was very kind and I also pretty much went straight in...very short wait period. But the doctor! Dr. Grant. I dont know which era he is from. The 60's?....he's obviously young but wow. I am an avid fitness person but I also have had 4 pregnancies and I let my habits/stress/grief get the better of me..also I lift weights so my weight tends to be on the border of overweight/obese mostly based on the BMI scale. Anyway...this dude...has no conversation with me except rattling on about the portions I should have on my plate,(he was literally telling me in fractions???) and that I should exercise like do some jumping jacks etc at least 30 mins 3 times a week. Are you serious? What kind of doctor is that? Im so passionate about womens fitness and I know that his "advice" is BS. Firstly he didnt enquire about any of my fitness lifestyle...but also...us women know...that sometimes even if youre doing everything right sometimes you still dont get the number on the scale youre looking for...but your mental and physical health is much more important than the number on the scale. I know better and his 'advice'? Well I was honestly just blown away. But I truly hope he doesnt mislead some other young lady with that type of BS. Eat 1g of protein for the weight you want to be, fill the rest of your calorie deficit with whole foods and veg, lift something(s) really heavy at least 3 times a week(fuel that metabolism by strengthening those muscles)..and go out and enjoy nature and your friends and family...thats my advice. And btw Dr.Grant if you read this...no person man or woman should ever be taken as what you see on a piece of paper...each one of us have intricate lives filled with so much more adversity than just a few numbers. And PPS: like I said...no its not one child I have...its 4..one died when he was 3 months old❤️
