Worst experience. Purchased a refrigerator on a Wednesday and was assured that it would be delivered the next day. Today is Friday. This morning, I went to the Distribution Centre to enquire and was told that it would be delivered today. Well, it is end of the work day and I am still waiting.
As you can imagine with a fridge, the food needs to be cleared so that they can take the old one (I paid for that additional service). Taking out and putting back foodstuff is not ideal.
I don't usually shop at Courts and this one time I did. I would not be again. I definitely do not recommend; please go elsewhere if you can.

For the last 3 years I have had to change my fridge every year, as it stops working just after a year, thank God I buy the supra extension warrenty. But the worse is customer service, they promise to call you back and they don't, it's just to get you off the phone. It's 4 days I've been waiting for my fridge and barbados does not 4 seasons, it's hot all the time

If you are looking for appliances, furniture, electronics or housewares this is definitely a place to frequent.
I thought the furniture was a little expensive for being somewhat damaged or defective. Large appliances (stoves, refrigerators and freezers), are the main attraction of this place. There is a selection of items that are 2nd hand or have had repairs. There are also those with damage and some with minor defects.
Everything is well marked, delivery is available at a cost. Additionally warranties can be purchased depending on the condition of the item. The big blue building is easy to find on the Spring Garden Highway.

At first, it seemed horrible because two workers in the booth refused to acknowledge my knock on the door or appearance at the window. Finally a young lady came to me and she was helpful and really nice. The guy who put my stuff in the vehicle was also very helpful.
