My car went in for repairs from an accident - the staff at Courtesy Garage made the entire experience worthwhile. From Ronelle who handled the paperwork to security and other staff on the lot, the customer service was next level. There’s complimentary cappuccino while you wait and the seating was comfortable. I also liked that there was a board advertising the various cost tier brackets for car servicing. The car came back looking the way it was when it was first purchased: new! I definitely would return and highly recommend Courtesy Garage !

I took my Hyundai to Courtesy Garage for repairs after somebody backed into the side of it. The whole process, from getting an estimate, to having the body work done was excellent. It took several months to get a new door shipped in, but they got it. The vehicle is 11 years old, so I was concerned if they would be able to match the paint. They did! It looks perfect!

Customer needs improving. However one of their sales rep - Ryan, seems genuinely interested in helping customers. Others treat you like if you are begging or as if they could care less that you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. It seems to take a week to get a performa invoice

They do not operate in a timely manner and the customer service is at best subpar. They also give you different prices for the same item which is very unethical. The sales person Tyson was dry and lacks people skills.

Have been with this business for the past 8 years and I have noticed the following: the after sales service is not good, when you ask questions about your vehicle you can never get a straight answer. Got a check done on my vehicle, paid for it, problem not resolved and was still expected to pay again for the same issue. Just as you would get a second opinion for your body, do so with your car if you can!!!
