While on an island tour, our group went to The Cottage to experience the barbecued breadfruit bowl. Our group had the fish or the corned beef. The were both excellent. The limeonade was so refreshing. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The view and the breeze-amazing!!! So worth the journey

My daughter and I were traveling through the Barbados countryside and found this very quaint restaurant. Ronaldo greeted us at the front door and from that point on we had a wonderful experience. He made us some great margaritas and brought her lunch. Highly recommend stopping by. The view from the porch with spectacular

The shrimp 🍤 breadfruit bowl was awesome. The pickled shrimp was well seasoned. The views and breeze coming from Bathsheba Beach were breathtaking. It's just a cool country vibe in St. Joseph.

Nice little bar and grill next to the cruise terminal a place to relax and people watch

Driving home from the beach up the massive hill our van decided to lose power. Unable to make it up the hill and being stuck on the side of the road with 4 hungry kids and 4 thirsty adults. I googled nearby restaurants.
We couldn't have found a better spot it was only a 5 minute walk to the cottage bar. We were greeted with warm welcoming small. We set up at 2 picnic tables. Ordered the kids chicken fingers and fries. Came out really quick. Then the adults ordered. We had ye bread fruit, calamari, cottage burger and fish sandwich. Everything was delicious.
Thank you for making a bad situation so positive.
The view washed away all the troubles. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely pop in for some food and drinks.
