Wow! What an incredible visit to St. Martin and CocoVaa Beach Resort! The room was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our short visit. Love the patio - and the view!!! Check in was a breeze with their great communication on the day of our visit. While waiting for the 4:00 PM check-in, we stopped by D’s Beach Bar, just steps away. This was a perfect spot to spend a little time planning our stay. Thank you CocoVaa!!! Will be recommending and coming back.

We loved our weekend getaway in The Emerald Suite. The view was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the unit was clean and cool. Nicco was easy to communicate with and very accommodating! I will definitely stay here again when we come “home” to SXM.

We had a wonderful stay at Cocovaa Hotel! The location is great—convenient yet quiet, making it easy to relax and unwind. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and Nico and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Another bonus is having a restaurant and bar right next door, which made dining and grabbing a drink especially convenient. Overall, a lovely place to stay, and we would happily come back!

I did not enjoy my stay at this boutique hotel. Upon arriving to the property I enjoyed the proximity to the beach, however it is also close to the airport. In addition there is also a bar directly next to the property as well. With everything considered, there was clear noise traffic throughout the day. There was also an obvious pest control issue as well. I had cockroaches appearing in the Pearl suite within my first day of my stay (photos will be attached). I notified the person at the reception via WhatsApp and they informed me that there was little they could do to address the issue. Therefore, I felt uncomfortable with the remainder of my stay at the hotel and attempted to receive a refund. However, management does not allow refunds once a room has been booked. I was not at all satisfied with management’s response to the situation and immediately left to another property. As a visitor on vacation, I was not at all prepared to be forced to spend extra money and time for last minute lodging. I’m sharing this to inform others to BE AWARE of the property issues before they even attempt to book at this place. It needs serious renovations and needs to fairly disclose their pest problem to any potential customers arriving to the island.

This resort is definitely something else... The reception desk to check-in? If you come in after 3pm, don't fully expect someone to greet you, it seems to be more of a self check-in service hotel. You have to call them via whatsapp to give you instructions on how to get into your room. The rooms? It was fine, we got the Pearl Suit which has one bed and one couch which a TV. The AC took a long while to actually cool the place but if you sleep on the couch, don't expect it to be cold. The light in the area where the bed is is super low, I kept bumping my head against it when organizing my items. The shampoo is also 20% soap and 80% water, barely useful for washing your hair, conditioner is fine, body wash is the same as shampoo but with a very strong smell that I wasn't a fan off (could be just smell preference on that part) Beach view and closeness was great though, we were here for a business trip so not much done in the beach area but was a very pretty view. I'm unsure what the name of the bar next to the building is but the person running it was very nice and pleasent to speak to, if I knew the name of the place and their name, I would have given them 5 stars. Other than that, it was fine...
