I was really disappointed with my experience at Cocoa Café. The latte had an extremely acidic, unpleasant taste—I had to add three packets of sugar just to make it drinkable. When I asked about milk options, the barista told me they used “3% whole milk,” which didn’t inspire much confidence. While they do offer a wide variety of bakery items and gelato, none of it looked appealing, and fluorescent pink strawberry gelato is always a hard pass for me. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark on quality, clarity, and service

I Love The Staff!
Not sure why people are dropping 1 stars.
I came in, said hi when they got freed up with the customers they were taking and I spoke and inquired about the menu and cost participating with the resort.
Got what I wanted and the place looked beautiful. Cleanliness was fantastic and pastries were pretty.
Flavors were amazing on top of that.
Gave a tip afterwards and kept moving.
No complaints here, they were friendly and asked for nothing in return.

Service was absolutely miserable. We were the only ones there waiting and it wasn’t clear who was even supposed to be serving. After she finished cleaning up she came over. US$6 for ice cream which is served in a plastic cup. (There are plastic spoons wrapped in napkins we discovered on the counter - not offered of course.) No plant based milk options for coffee. We ordered an affogato and there was so little ice cream (in a coffee cup with the espresso brewed on top) it had almost all melted by the time she handed it to me. Honestly you have to laugh. It’s part of the Zoetry resort.

Perfect spot right on the boardwalk. The espresso was one of the best I've had on the island. The ice cream our kids gave great reviews and the prices are reasonable given where it is.

Best coffee shop right off the pier. General manager and baristas are absolutely lovely. Fantastic latte sitting at a table right by the boats. They have pasties as well.
