We’d come back. I mean yes, it was old and tired. But I didn’t see any bed bugs or cockroaches. We stayed at studio #5 second floor. The location is great. 15 mins walk to Miami Beach. Cons: the bathroom door was old and loud. At one point the toilet flush stopped working lol. My friend used her skills and fixed it somehow lol. The front door can’t be shut without locking it with the key. All these were minor for us as we didn’t really spent much time indoors lol. We’d come back for sure. Take earplugs cause neighbours can be a bit loud and the sink was sometimes doing loud bubbling sound. Pros: great location; 20 mins walk to convenient store; great working AC; terrace with chairs and a table; good polite staff gave us extra bed sheet and beach towels; we felt safe in the premises; you can hang your clothes on the territory; soap & shampoo & body lotion provided; tv is available (we didn’t test it tho). Good price: 230 CAD per two nights. Fresh sheets and clean white towels. We didn’t encounter any mosquitoes entering the unit through the door or windows.

I booked the studio apt...biggest mistake of my life. The manager was very rude and refunded my money and asked me to leave the premises even before my ride could pick me up. I had to wait outside in the hot sun until my ride came. The whole fiasco came about before I stupidly paid before I examined the studio. The entry door was crooked and had a big gap where the mosquitoes came in to feast on me, and they provided a can of bug spray in the room for their guests.. go figure... I had to flush the toilet four times in order for the st## to go down, the place was extremely dingy and dusty and need overhauling. The smoke detector was dismantled and I would not be surprised if it was bugged. The dust behind the tv was about an inch thick and the floors were filthy and the tiles were chipped or broken. The mini refrigerator was barley working and could not even make ice. I approached the manager with class and manners, to asked for a room change and he informed me that no other guests had ever complained about the room...but I'm figuring that their standards were perhaps not as normal as mine are. I would post photos if I could to show the horrible conditions of this studio, so if you dare to book it, do so at your own risk . I will be reaching out to other avenues, regarding the deplorable conditions of this apartment.

I stayed at this accommodation for about 4 nights with my husband and son. The owner is great and responds to requests so efficiently. The apartment was very clean, had a kitchen with everything we needed, there were sufficient utensils, toaster, even a blender and looks exactly like the photos. There was a lovely balcony to sit on and I saw the local monkeys a couple times. There was AC in the bedroom which was great because Barbados is very hot. Housekeeping comes I think every two days, the ladies that came were very warm and friendly and did an excellent job cleaning the apartment. The location of this apartment is great, it's about 10 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, about 3 minutes walk to a surfing beach, about 15 to 20 minutes walk to Oistins fish fry, Massey supermarket, restaurants etc. I highly recommend Clearwater and whenever I visit Barbados I most definitely will be staying here again and I wish only blessings upon the owner and this wonderful place.

Stayed here for a few days and it’s well managed and a quiet and peaceful place. The apartment has everything you need! Wifi, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, AC, and the TV even has Netflix. There is a nice balcony and although you can’t see the ocean from there, the beach is about a 10/15 minute walk away. Downtown Oistins is about a 20/30 minute walk.

Got the 2 bedrooms apartment, which provided ample space. Had a fully-equipped kitchen. A surfing schools is nearby, and a nice beach and fish market (with good restaurants) are in a walking distance. Owners were very accommodating.
