Steer clear. Charges you up the wazoo. 7% + forex + $5usd machine charge = highway robbery. DO NOT use this machine. Just go up further pay for a bus or pickup and go to scotia or republic bank blue machine.

Had a great experience at this branch when opening an account as a UK national. Ms Kellman with whom we had dealings was professional and went above and beyond to ensure that we could open an account before we left the Island. Would definitely recommend.

Nice and cool inside. Service with a smile and ATM within a secure lockable area so total privacy for cash withdrawals. Queues for service are long we waited 25 minutes in the line.

The employee stationed at the entrance was helpful on the ocassions I requested assistance. Even showing concern when requesting certain information. The guards are also when they point you in the right direction.
The ATM lines are usually long during the day. Ocassionally, one of the ATMs will be out of service which slow down the movement of the lines.

Bank atm charges 5 € for a withdrawal for German credit cards, it's free at the gas station atm to the east.
