What an amazing place this is. So much cultural history in this place. A tremendous amount of respect to the leaders in this community who keep their history, leaders and heroes alive through artistic representation of them. The building is well maintained and they have a few exhibits which highlight the contributions of important people whose roots are from Ponce.

It's a beautiful building. They have a lot of interesting and historical artifacts plus they sell amazing jewelry. They're offering free danza puertorriqueña classes on Wednesdays.

Walking around in the evening and heard wonderful music coming from here, we stayed outside to listen but they waved us in. Not only did they share their wonderful gift of live music and love with us, but the museum is fantastic with great pieces of history. Thank you so much for inviting us in, Highlight of our trip!

Outstanding little museum. Currently (February 2026) has a Carnival Masks exhibit. Wonderful example of Ponce artistry. It is free but donations are welcome. Don’t miss the little shop.

The cultural center of Ponce located in a structure designed in 1870. The center was founded on 12 November 1963. It has been actively promoting Ponce's artistic development, rich educational and intellectual environment.
