You will be scammed. Bought a pair of headphones which broke in less that 24 hours. Returned the next day to have them replace only to find out I have to pay for the replacement. Refused to refund me. Sent an email to management and got no response. Decided to contact fair trading commission. Save yourself the stress. Terrible customer service.

I really dont know, maybe I just got unlucky.
I have an iphone which blanked out. Took it to the store on December 21. I asked for a device check only..and paid the cost which is $40.00. I was told the device check tastes 3 - 4 hours . Then I'd be informed of the problem and at that point I can choose to pay to get the issue fixed. The $40.00 will go towards the total payment.
Realizing several days went by, i called to inquire. They gave me a run around. I asked back for my phone and they said Wednesday. Wednesday came n went by, i heard nothing.
I called again and was told the phone will be sent to the store. It will take sometime because the phone was "picked down" and someone will call me to collect. No one did.
On January 17th .. 4 days short of a month, the technician called me directly to ask me questions about why the phone blanked out. As though that was the first time looking at the phone, which as I said, was there from december 21.
On January 20th, realizing my phone was still at the store, i called and expressed how fed up i was of the process. How i was told a device check took 3-4 hours and reminded them that the day after would make it a month my phone was at the store for a device check. I was told the phone was "half way". How "these things take time" how "no one in Barbados was capable of fixing it besides them".
I explained i didnt care. How i would understand if it was two weeks but a month is ridiculous and unacceptable for a device check.
Today is January the 27th. I waited an entire week for someone to call and let me know the phone was at the store. No one did. I called and was told "the technician said he talked to u and told u the phone was at the store". Which was a lie.
With that being said, i advise you that if you have a device and you need it fixed, prepare yourself for a extra long unjustifed delay and poor communication.
I am unsure of the state of the phone as I am going to collect tomorrow.

Poor poor skills. Brought phone to have screen replaced. Estimate 1 hour. Be safe lets say 2 hours. After 4.5 hours they returned the phone and couldn't do it after they had disassembled it because they were missing the right parts. They couldn't check before? Excuses followed after excuses. Wasted tons of time. Incompetence and no-one cars. Do not recommend.

I wish there is a negative one star I feel like I'm being completely scammed and the owner is well protected as you're not allowed to speak to or meet them only workers who can't assist with anything!
