I arrived for a vacation and realized I left my medication at home. I need to take this medication daily. I was becoming very anxious until I found Dr Harriott whose location is across the street from the Westin. Upon arrival to Cayman Wellness, Dr Harriott welcomed me, immediately I felt at ease. She welcomed me into her home and instilled a lot of confidence that everything was going to be ok. Her staff was extremely professional, the office is very clean and well organized. I was able to an Rx from Dr Harriott after a thorough health review. If I lived here, she would be my primary care physician without a doubt!

I cannot recommend Dr. Joan Harriott highly enough! From the moment I met her, I felt truly cared for and understood. Whether it was for a minor injury during a walk-in visit or during my wellness exams, she has always provided thorough and compassionate care. Her expertise in managing chronic diseases has been invaluable for my health, especially with diabetes and high blood pressure.
Dr. Harriott’s approach to obesity management, emphasizing lifestyle and nutrition, has been a game-changer for me. She’s also incredibly supportive when it comes to women’s health; her consultations are always informative and empowering. It’s evident that she genuinely cares about her patients' overall well-being.

Dr Harriott has a passion for medicine and her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient. She is also very easy to talk to because she listens to your concerns, no matter how simple. I have recommended her to several friends and they have never been disappointed and that’s why I’ve been her patient for more than 8 years!

If you are staying along 7 Mile Beach and need a physician, I’d highly recommend Dr. Harriott. Very understanding, well trained, patient doctor who will deliver excellent care. As an American doctor, I can recognize a top colleague and she is one.
