My experience with this law firm (an associate in particular) has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. Calls and emails often went unanswered, and when I finally did get a response, it felt rushed and dismissive. I expected professionalism, guidance, and transparency, but instead we (my family and I) are left feeling confused, unsupported, stress and extremely frustrated throughout this entire process. I would not recommend them to anyone seeking reliable legal representation.
