Recently opened restaurant. Decor is light, inviting and chilled. Service was excellent and friendly. Menu options can be local to European/British. Decided to have the chicken wings starter (6 wings was nice change to 4 I have got elsewhere), double paddy burger and chips (best chips I have had on the island by far). Lemon tart and ice cream dessert was nice to end on. Portion size to leave me happy.
Restaurant appears to be open from 9am and serves breakfast and lunch.

One of the nicest breakfast spots on the island in my opinion. Excellent friendly staff. For a tourist no added service charges so you get to choose your own gratuity and happy to leave a good one cause the service and food were great.

Just discovered Carolina’s Bistro & Bar in Maxwell, Christ Church—opened 3 months ago! Stunning walk-through (all captured with Meta Glasses): cozy indoor vibes with colorful decor, lush outdoor patio under palms. Menus shine—try the vibrant Bajan fish cakes, famous club sandwich, and signature rum punches (full menu in video). Ask about their Sunday Roasts 12-2pm! Epic staff, chill atmosphere. Sipped cocktails with my special friend visiting from Canada. Must-visit! 🇧🇧🍹

Beautiful setting, amazing food, been twice since coming to Barbados and will be back before I leave. In fact I came from the UK having been a regular at their bistro there to see how they were doing here and I wasn’t disappointed! It’s lovely!
