My experience with Caribbean Home Help was nothing but professional, educational and flexible support for my mum the whole time.
My mum is challenged with dementia now. It was a learning experience for me. I could not of done it without the flexible support of the professionals from Caribbean Home Help.
When the times of support needed were changed they were flexible in being there. When I was struggling in caring for my mum, they educated me in the best practices to handle my mother’s personalities.
Over all it was a great experience for my family and my mother and I highly recommend anyone with an elderly mum or dad to utilize Caribbean Home Help.

Having tried a few independent carers initially, with not so good results, it was a huge relief to come across Paul and his professional team at Caribbean Home Help. From my initial conversation with Paul to discuss our needs and the type of carer best suited for our father, his agency continuously provides an outstanding service. The ladies looking after him are genuinely compassionate, friendly and understanding. If one lady is unable to work for any reason the office quickly schedules a replacement. Our father is well taken care of and is happy. He also has some company during the day. We feel confident that as the level of care progresses that Paul can continue to provide the quality service that’s needed.

I contacted Caribbean Home Help when my grandmother became unable to care for herself and her health was deteriorating rapidly. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, updates, care and willingness to go beyond as well as concern provided by Paul and his team of nurses was excellent! The nurses were also well liked by my grandmother. The two things that stood out most for me during the time she was cared for were the encouragement and concern provided when my grandmother became stubborn and difficult during her last weeks as well as the fact that Paul's team in particular Ms. Trotman accompanied me in the ambulance and stayed in Accident and Emergency while my grandmother was being treated. I strongly recommend Caribbean Home Help for anyone with an elderly relatively in need of at home attention.

I would recommend Caribbean Home Help to anyone looking for a superb support system in terms of giving excellent care to their loved ones. At a time when we were at a crossroad not knowing where to go and what to expect they were there to guide us, giving us that personable reassurance that we would not have to go the journey alone. Both management and staff have been very supportive and have provided excellent care.
