The staff is as good as government workers can get .
The service was 85% getting better from last time I had to do a transaction .
I guess the time of day you Do business matters as well .

Worst experience ever. Customs officer was extremely snobby. The security and cargo handlers were apologizing for her obnoxious behavior. Xenophobic, uncultured person. She passed me up and down the yard with her phone glued to her ears. Sat at her desk and pretended she didn't hear or see me.

The time before this the other officer made me pay brokerage and duties on 2 computers and told me Thank MiA in the most condescending and nonchalant manner.
Just sickening
