10 business days i have been calling cargo bgi and no one answers. i have a package since january and the status just say in transit. and they advertise shipments are every thursday and tuesday but yet my package is not updated since january and i have applied an invoice since january

I HAVE BEEN USING CARGO BGI SINCE 2021.AND IN MY OPINION ,I HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE A GREAT SERVICE TO ME AS I AM NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL AS I USE TO.. I HAVE ORDERED MANY ITEMS FROM INTERNATIONAL SUPPLIERS TO BE SENT TO CARGO BGI.AND RECEIVED ALL OF MY PURCHASES IN 2WKS OR LESS AND DELIVERED TO MY HOME.
I FIND THE STAFF TO BE VERY EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT TO ME. ,ALSO LOVE THE ONLINE PORTAL, A BIG GAME CHANGER..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.THANKYOU.

They don't even deserve one star,when I first start using the company I thought they was the best until a few months ago ,my packages is missing twice and no one help me till now , I contact them about it many times , the last thing that happened ia that I bought a power bank for 30 us from shein and that power bank in barbados cost about 200 dollars and they called me and said it's damage ,they will refund me and guess what they sent 50 dollars with a few cents, i had to make noise to get the rest of my money ,they wanted to call police because i didn't want to let it go,don't trust them , they still have two of my packages that i boought for my unborn child,i even tell myself my power bank was not damaged cause i never received a picture of it damaged

Very efficient and very pleasant. This started off as a failed delivery, after which I was invited to visit in-person. When I entered the crowded room, I expected the worse, but received the best. I was quickly called to the front desk and my name noted. Just as I resigned myself to a long wait, another attendant appeared with two packages. Following a brief discussion, I was able to sign for them and leave. Excellent experience.

I used CargoBGI for the first time and found it to be a prompt and professional service. I ordered items from Amazon on Dec 13 and 19, and both were delivered to my home by CargoBGI (free delivery) on January 4. Shipping fees were reasonable, and when I had questions I got a fast reply via email. Their online portal is also easy to use. It’s a good feeling to know that if I need small/light things from Amazon, they’re available to me on the island. I’ll be using their service again!
