Got in the drive-thru line at 8:20, and they were incredibly slow taking orders. When it was finally my turn, I waited 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. We pulled up to the window, but no one said a word or even asked if we wanted to order—the staff just kept working and completely ignored us. We ended up circling around, only to find out they closed at 9. They could’ve at least told us they were closing instead of wasting 40 minutes of our time. Just nasty and disrespectful service!

As I was paying and looking down at my change wallet unsure which staff member did the vile act but a gobble of spit hit me on my top lip in the upper right corner on my face. I don’t make a fuss about it but definitely wouldn’t be back. If someone can spit at you as a paying customer….. I wouldn’t risk purchasing food from her again. Regarding if it was done by accident… the employee should have apologized as I quickly looked up silently waiting for them to acknowledge what they did to me as a paying customer to keep them
In business. It was vile and disgusting and can spread food contamination and food borne diseases and widespread illness and death. Saliva is very nasty from the wrong person. To me personally the action seemed inappropriate and intentional. Many would say it was by accident but people openly apologize after their wrong especially when someone makes it clear the action was committed and they are aware.

Service is always slow and most times your time is wasted going to the drive thru. You wait in line for your turn to order only to hear there is no fish. Then you can't leave because vehicles are in front and behind you. Waste of time.

To be honest Burger King on the whole is a decent bang for your buck, but you see the Service in this Branch - Awful. Customer service needs to be taught more. Some ladies try the Cashiers are pretty cool and understanding, but the overall demeanour of the staff is not always cool.

Customer service at all of the Burger Kings are poor and in need of serious help. Staff seems to be always more caught up with each other than the service / the quality of the food.
The last meal I had from burger king was not good. Didn't get the drink I ordered, the bread was stale, the burger was...and I ordered a Hershey's pie that I thought would have made things better but really didn't because I had nothing to eat it with. I'm concerned. I really should've taken pictures but I was so disappointed that I just binned it. Money wasted.
