On June 22nd, while getting my gear set up on a boat for morning dives, I found a significant leak between the Yoke Connector and 1st Stage on my Aqualung regulator. The boat had a spare setup onboard so I was able to make the dives, but their rig had several tiny leaks in the low-pressure inflator hose. Anyhow, one of the crew told me to take my Regulator to Carib Inn Dive Shop for service. I was greeted immediately by a nice woman who had a man come talk to me about the issue. He said he could take a look and get it squared away for me. A couple minutes later he told me he found the issue and it would take him about 10 minutes. Not only did he fix the issue, he did an overall safety check of my rig, then the charge was virtually nothing. Friendly, pleasant, and helpful staff in your Dive Shop. Save the remainder of my dive days folks! Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I was referred to Carib Inn by a friend and what a great recommendation he made. I did not stay at the inn, however I did use them as my dive shop. My air package was affordable and my cylinders were always full. They make the process of reserving tanks after hours very easy. I think the highlight of my experience was getting to tag along with Lynnie on an after hours dive. She found a seahorse and a few octopuses on our dive. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!!

Kristi, Lenni, and Chris have all been incredible to work with! From the moment you walk through the door and are greeted with a friendly smile, it's clear that customer service is a top priority at Carib Inn. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure you're taken care of. Chris has serviced several pieces of my dive gear, and his attention to detail is outstanding. He takes the time to thoroughly explain what needs repair, why it needs attention, and what was done to get everything back in top condition. That level of transparency and expertise gives you real confidence in the work being performed.

My daughter's mask broke on our 2nd day into vacation. We went to the retail/dive shop here after recommendations off reddit. The guy working was friendly, and knowledgeable. Helped her choose a mask with a perfect fit. 100% recommend!! Thanks again for saving the rest of our trip. 😁

We rented our scuba gear and did a boat guided dive to Klein Bonaire with Carib Inn and it was a splendid experience. The gear is very very good and our guide instructor Brian in the midday was really fun, patient and knowledgeable.
