Went to this clinic yesterday to have a COVID test for travel purposes. Barbados requires a 2nd test while in Barbados which is 4 to 5 days from your initial negative test result. I was so pleased with the experience. We phoned and made an appointment the day before. Our aptmnt was scheduled for 10am. We got up early and arrived at 9:15am. We were both finished by 9:30am. No line up ..... no waiting .... everyone was covered and ready to assist. Very friendly staff. The test however was very uncomfortable. But that's to be expected. The results were ready within 24 hours and are emailed to you. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Went here for our 5-day tourist covid test. Relatively quick, easy and painless (except the test - nasal swabs hurt 😂). Just go through the side door marked colds and flu.

The service is horrendous. For a medical facility, this place does not offer handicap accessible parking. Actually no parking at all. Staff only. The burses are approachable, almost hostile, and the auxiliary staff act as if patients are inconveniences they are forced to deal with. The guards are the best thing happening there. I watched one of the front desk staff reprimand a guard for attempting to help a patient.
Really needs revamping. SERIOUSLY.
