We had an absolutely wonderful time in Barbados at Bluff House. The house met our needs perfectly, but enough cannot be said about the staff who were exceptional. Mark, the chef delighted us with every meal and was able to meet our many dietary needs. Our butler, Kimberly was fantastic and also wonderful to work with. Each staff member treated us as if we were family that was visiting. We were there the first week of April and thoroughly enjoyed our visit! My grandchildren were delighted by the resident Crab and monkeys in the trees. Having a private spot on the beach was wonderful

We stayed at the Bluff House in April 2024 to host our wedding reception on its grounds. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and well-kept. However, the butler, Kimberly, made us feel unwelcome and ruined our much-anticipated stay. We tried to avoid contact with her, even tipped her throughout our stay in hopes that her attitude towards us would change for the better, and tiptoed around our stay as she had several outbursts towards our guests. The worst of which where she followed my mother to the beach to yell at her in front of all our wedding guests for using our other rented villa’s beach access. We brought this up to Sarah Young Concierge, and Young Estates who agreed to speak with us about the unprovoked incidents. However, they have yet to schedule a time for this chat. We would not recommend Bluff House specifically for weddings, as it is the last thing we wanted to be worried about. Their management lacked communication and acknowledgment of these incidents, falling short of the level of professionalism and customer service expected from a luxury estate rental establishment.

Absolutely perfect, booked her for our wedding via Young Estates and planned to perfection via Sarah Young Concierge. The villa is spectacular and the staff... there are no words. Absolutely beautiful property!
