The worst customer service I bought all inclusive and when I got there they charged me for certain meals only included what they had on the menu when I left the hotel my departure from the shelter was at 5pm and they charged me 20.00 an hour after 11am what did I have to do when checking in to be in the hotel I forgot my rules to read in the restaurant and they didn't give them to me, they told me they hadn't seen them I had to go to the restaurant to look for them and they told me they were there the whole time for 3 days the pool and the restaurant are very far from the rooms in short it's not what they sell you over the phone
