Customer service was attentive. Would go again

I wanted to order a last minute gift for some persons and at that time, Blades Trophies were already closed to orders until Dec 28. However, Justin was kind enough to squeeze me in for which I was very grateful. Fast-forwarding to the day I wanted to collect, Dec 23, traffic was extremely terrible and I was stuck for approximately 2 hours. Mind you, one of the ladies had called to remind me that I had to collect by 12pm. I tried to be there by that time but due to the traffic I was unable to. Ultimately, I just gave up and accepted that these gifts wouldn't be given by Christmas day. It was about 12:30 that I received a phone call from 2 ladies (I'm sorry I don't have the names) who tried their best to accommodate me. Needless to say, the individuals received their gifts for Christmas and were extremely happy.
This is my second time ordering from Blades Trophies and I can tell you that they go above and beyond for their customers. I am truly thankful for their service.

Blades Trophies was phenomenal for all of my wedding needs! For my bridesmaids’ gifts, I got personalized wooden hangers, coffee mugs and champagne glasses. For the groomsmen, we got customised shot glasses. They even laser cut our wedding cake topper and engraved our custom made wooden box for the cards. Someone even gave us a gift of a personalized wine accessory box, and everything was in our “wedding font” and tied together so perfectly. The service was top notch with a fast turnaround time. Highly recommend!

Wide variety of trophies and other memorabilia and awards. Somewhat helpful staff, I found you had to ask questions rather than information being volunteered.
Efforts are made by the staff to ensure to meet your requirements however. Great desire to please customers with their work.
