The staff are both knowledge about the merchandise and helpful when it comes to selection. I wanted a particular item in a size they did not have. They brought both the next smaller and the next larger size, as well as several similar items in the size I wanted. I bought one of those alternate choices. They also advised to always ask about my size if I did not see it. They said that the shop is small and they tend to hang only two sizes of each style. Very helpful info. They also carry a funky line if watches from the U.K. I am in love with "Bill's Watches" now.

Our customer experience at Beth and Tracie shop was unpleasant. We shockingly observed the shop owner belittle with bully a service person. There are more respectful alternatives in Barbados. A one star rating for this shop is excessive.
