God place upon this Earth many stunning views. This is one of those places from the mountain to the sea!! What a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the unspoiled part of the island of Barbados!!

Beautiful stretch of coastline, constant waves rolling in, caution needed in the water as parts are quick rocky and the waves send you where they're going. Be careful. Gorgeous however.

This is definitely the place to go when you’re in Barbados! I strongly suggest just renting a car and driving around the island if you can. You can get a car straight from the airport and it’s not that expensive. I was able to get a car for two weeks and it came out to $530. That seems like a lot but I’ve only had to fill my tank twice. Originally I expected the car to be $380 but with the other fees, it did come out to be quite a bit more than I expected. With that said, the ease of going around the country pulling over staying as long as you want is so worth it and this location at Bathsheba is a great example of that. I watched as tour buses went through and people just looked with their eyes as they drove past, but having a car allowed me to stay for like 4 hours. Be aware that you cannot get into the water unless you’re a surfer and extremely skilled, it’s obvious that there are riptides. This isn’t like a nice sandy Beach, although it’s breathtakingly beautiful, it’s full of rocks, stones, and pebbles. Hear me… waters are quite rough! I tried stepping in the water with just my feet at ankle level; I immediately got out. It’s just too rough. This is the type of place where you should bring a beach blanket sit down and just admire nature at Work.

The perfect spot to see Barbados’ rugged coast. Stark contrast to the west of the island where you’ll find serene beaches, a lot of the beaches this side of the island come with health warnings.
These warnings should not deter you from visiting, the views are stunning. The roads there are pretty rugged too, definitely couldn’t do it in a sports car 😂
Zemi Cafe is recommended and has lovely views from the cliff top. Zemi was closed when we visited due to an event, so we visited Dina’s down by the shore. Lovely food and a pleasant view also, surround by palm trees 🌴
Bathsheba is definitely recommended as a place to tick off the Barbados bucket list.
